10 most dangerous diseases in Indonesia

As mentioned by Chief Health Research and Development Health Ministry Prof. Dr. Tjandra Yoga Aditama SpP (K), MARS, DTM & H, DTCE deadly disease that is still terrorizing the people of Indonesia is stroke, followed by heart disease and tuberculosis.

More specifically, the following narrative Tjandra for the highest cause of death in men:

1. Stroke

Stroke or also called cerebro vascular disease (CVD) occurs because the blood supply to the brain is blocked.

2. Ischemic heart disease

Ischemic heart disease, also known as coronary artery disease. Ischemic heart disease occurs when there is a partial blockage of blood flow to the heart. If the blood flow is completely blocked then a myocardial infarction (heart attack) occurs.

3. Tuberculosis

4. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)

Approximately 9.1 million Indonesian people living with diabetes. The number of diabetics in Indonesia even expected to surge to 500 thousand people in 2035 and later to around 14.1 million people in Indonesia who suffer from diabetes.

6. Hypertension with complications
